Directions

FROM NIAGARA FALLS • 

There are multiple ways to get from Niagara Falls to the No. 6 RCAF Dunnville Museum, but all come through Dunnville.
  
If you are in downtown Niagara Falls, an easy way is to travel west on Provincial Highway #3, also called Garrison Rd. in Niagara Falls. This takes you through Port Colborne, Wainfleet and Chambers Corners. Once in Dunnville, turn left at the second traffic light onto Chestnut St. At the stop sign, make a quick right and left onto Queen St. This leads you to the bridge over the Grand River. Take the first left at the Esso station onto Port Maitland Rd. Go 5 km to the entrance to the old Dunnville Airport where signs indicate the No. 6 RCAF Dunnville Museum.

If you are on the QEW already headed towards Hamilton and Toronto there are multiple ways to get to Dunnville. The most straightforward is to take Exit 57 onto County Rd. 24 through Vineland. This road leads to Provincial Highway #3 in Chambers Corners. Turn right and follow the directions above.

FROM HAMILTON  • 

If you are on the Lincoln Alexander Parkway, go east to Darnell Rd. Follow this to the second traffic light at Rymal Rd. Turn left onto Rymal Rd. and follow this 8 km to County Rd. 56. (Centennial Parkway is on the left. QEW exit 88 also leads directly to County Rd. 56.) Follow County Rd. 56 through Binbrook until it comes to a T intersection with County Rd. 17, aka River Rd. (Be sure to bear left at Blackheath to stay on County Rd. 56 as ypu cross into Haldimand County.. Turn left on River Rd. and follow it into Dunnville. Go straight as the road becomes Main St. W. Go 6 blocks to the traffic light to County Rd 3 which takes you over the Grand River bridge to Byng. Take the first left at the Esso station onto Port Maitland Rd. Go 5 km to the entrance to the old Dunnville Airport where signs indicate the No. 6 RCAF Dunnville Museum.
